Twenty-three Years of Unity and Striving, Advancing Together in the Rapids of Qingyuan | PMP’s 23rd Anniversary Team Building Event Successfully Concluded!

Time flies—twenty-three years have passed since we began this journey together. To celebrate this milestone, on September 27, we stepped away from our busy workstations and ventured into the lush mountains and pristine rivers of Qingyuan, embarking on a team-building trip themed “Riding the Waves, Forging New Glories.” This experience was not only a welcome break for the body, but also a powerful boost to team cohesion and unity.The journey began at the scenic Bei River Little Three Gorges. Employees boarded a sightseeing cruise that cut gently through emerald waters, winding through lush greenery and serene landscapes. Temporarily freed from the demands of daily work, everyone relaxed on deck, leaning on railings, gazing at the breathtaking views, and engaging in warm conversations. The refreshing breeze swept across their faces as laughter filled the air. Towering cliffs and picturesque peaks lined the riverbanks like a living painting—this stunning natural beauty not only soothed minds and spirits but also strengthened bonds among colleagues, fostering deeper connections and reflecting the team’s harmony and camaraderie.
The afternoon’s highlight was the main event of the team-building trip—the challenge at the Gulongxia International Rafting Arena. Known as the “roller coaster on the waves,” its powerful rapids and thrilling rapids served as the perfect test of our team spirit.All employees paired up, two per raft, forming a “community of shared endeavor.” Along the 6.1-kilometer championship course, we alternately braved sudden rapids and turbulent stretches—shouting encouragement and overcoming challenges together—and paddled in harmony across calmer waters, cooperating seamlessly with disciplined coordination. Splashing water and thunderous laughter filled the air, and an exhilarating water battle brought the excitement to a peak. Every moment of the journey showcased the PMP spirit: courage in the face of adversity, mutual trust, and unwavering teamwork.
The subsequent journey across the Glass Grand Canyon presented another test of courage and conviction. Walking on the transparent skywalk, suspended high above the clouds, all employees encouraged one another with steady and determined steps. As we collectively gazed down at the magnificent canyon scenery, a sense of triumph and deep mutual trust naturally arose. This experience mirrors our 23-year development journey—only by staying aligned in our goals and united in belief can we move forward steadily and reach the summit together to behold the most breathtaking views.
As the sun set in the west, we embarked on our journey back, carrying both the fatigue and joy of a fulfilling day. Though our bodies were weary, our hearts were profoundly full.This trip to Qingyuan allowed us to relax amidst the gentle ripples of the Bei River, strengthen our willpower in the rushing rapids of Gulongxia, and above all, feel deeply the warmth and strength of “we are family” through mutual companionship and support.Twenty-three years is not only a glorious milestone but also a brand-new beginning.In the future, let us continue forward with this same passion, trust, and unity—navigating challenges together at work, forging ahead courageously, and co-writing an even more brilliant chapter for PMP!
